Simply put Fallkniven make no nonsense knives for real men. Peter Hjortberger is a hunter at heart and spends a lot of time out in the wild. This has lead to what he calls "the hunter's eye", the ability to reduce something to only what is needed to perform a function and perform it well.
These knives don't have the looks of some of our other ranges but it's all about performance with the Fallkniven knives. This mind set has done Peter and his company Fallkniven well over the years as they make knives for the military, special forces and survial knives for jet fighter pilots.
Making knives to be used where lives are at stake means performance is priority and that same logic continues in this small range of kitchen knives. It means we get the best of his experience in what works and what is needed and none of the fluff.
Seriously sharp and built to stay that way due to the clever mix of stainless steel on the outside and super hard VG-10 steel for the cutting edge. This range of knives is so sharp that they don't give you a second chance if you accidentally brush against it (hence why we give you free plasters). It will simply makes your jaw drop when using it. What you get
Like the knife, the packaging will win no beauty competitions but you get a sturdy white box with a HUGE Fallkniven logo all over it. Inside your knife blade is teasingly hidden/covered by a card board sleeve.
All our knives also come with free blue plasters just in case you're not ready for the sharpness! If you intend to use your knives regularly (and you should be) then we don't advise you to use the boxes for day to day storage, get a magnetic knife rack instead.
