Hatsukokoro - Kurosagi

Hatsukokoro are building a fine repuation for the knives in their stable including the outstanding Inazuma and HAP40 ranges and the Kurosagi is another great addition we're delighted to have been one of the first in the world to sell.

Hand forged by the Motokyuuichi workshop, led by 5th generation blacksmith Yasuhide Maeda the Kurosagi is inspired by and named after the Japanese black [Kuro] heron [Sagi] with its rustic looks and blacksmith finish it's a great looking collection.
