Yukihiro Sakai - Hinokuni White #1

The Hinokuni is a White #1 core forged with a soft iron cladding in the same way as Nishida-san's knives and is named for the area in which they're made in the Kumamoto Prefecture which is known as "land of fire" thanks to its famous Mount Aso volcano.
