In a diversion away from his usual favoured steel, powdered or R2, Takayuki Shibata has created these beautiful knives in another of his favourite steels, Aogami Super Blue. Incredibly light and so ridiculously sharp (Shibata San is one of the best sharpeners in Japan) it's hard not to gasp when using one of his knives for the first time.
