A range that is new to Cutting Edge Knives, the collective intake of breath when we opened the box goes a little way to demonstrate how stunning this knife is. Classic Japanese looks with a bit of extra bling.
The Santoku blade shape will be new to a lot of Westerners but once you've used it you'll see that it make a lot of sense. Santoku literally translates to "3 uses" (slicing, dicing and mincing) which makes it a perfect all round choice and an essential in any kitchen. This knife and all the knives in the Megumi range just look so stylish you'll be wanting to order the entire set.

What you get with the knife
Beautiful blue fibre boxes with the name in silver foil on the lid. On the inside you will find a blue stepped inlay and your beautiful knife of course, wrapped in Japanese newspaper by the craftsmen who made it.
So while not working on your knife skills you can catch up on your Japanese language skills. Talk about the gift that keeps on giving...
All our knives also come with free blue plasters just in case you're not ready for the sharpness! If you intend to use your knives regularly then we don't advise you to use the boxes for day to day storage, get a magnetic knife rack instead.
