A well made and stylish Western style knife that has a great cutting edge sharpness out of the box.
Made specifically for the Western market these knives are perfect for bridging the gap between a western knife and a Japanese knife due to the Western Duracon handle. Made from Molybdenum Vanadium Stainless steel they are a mono steel and are hardened to 59 HRC. An important thing to note is they have an asymetrical 70/30 bevel.
