Designed by Oster Rob in Slovenia and made by Yoshida Hamono, the heart of the knives is made from HAP40 steel chosen for its edge retention and durability.

The steel is laminated with an external layer of softer stainless steel that makes it easier to care for and more durable. Such a blade remains sharp for a very long time, its softer external layer makes it easier to sharpen, and it also protects the core steel from external factors.
