Gorgeous petty with VG10 core and a stainless damascus cladding.
Made by Blacksmith Hiroshi Kato, the Kiri range of knives are VG10 core hardened to 60:62 HRC. Easy to care for thanks to the stainless damascus cladding over the VG10 and finished with a beautiful oval magnolia wood handle with a red pakka wood ferrule (same as the Yuki range).
