Miscellaneous Seconds Masakage Shimo - Gyuto 210mm

Well balanced and just the right length for an all round chef knife, the light and thin blade stays sharp and is a joy to look at as well as use.

Why it's a second

This knife is effectively brand new and the only minor fault is in the finish of the handle wood which is a little rougher than we would normally expect and is likely just a result of not being finely sanded enough prior to fitting. There is nothing in the handle finish that would prevent nl

In every other respect the knife is brand new and unused. The blade is in perfect condition and the fit of the handle is of the normal standard.

At a glance

We have personally tested and reviewed this knife to give you an honest and personal opinion about it and this is how it rates.
