We want you to be overjoyed with your purchase and appreciate that it's not always easy choosing something online no matter how much effort we put into our reviews, photos and video.

Sometimes a knife or accessory just isn't quite right for you once you have it in your hand or you just change your mind and this is absolutely fine.

You have a full 30 days to return it for a refund subject to some exclusions set out below.

All returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels still attached and any presentation box, blade guard and contents are in a new condition too.

As a simple rule of thumb, if we can't restock and sell the returned item as new, we can't give you a refund.

There are some exclusions to our 30 day returns policy, which are detailed below (unless faulty or not as described):

  • Products received over 30 days ago
  • Products that have been opened or unsealed - this means items sealed in plastic wrapping for example. Knives or accessories in boxes that can be opened without damage are fine
  • Products returned in an unsatisfactory condition, including damage caused by the courier or due to insufficient return packaging.

Please note, that we reserve the right to refuse a return if we believe the purpose was for stock trading/reselling and not personal use.

Returned items will be checked by us to ensure they meet the criteria set out in our Returns and Refund policy. If you return items which are outside our Returns and Refund policy we will be unable to process a full refund. We will contact you in such circumstances.

We do not offer exchanges or store credit for returned items, as long it meets the critera above we will simply refund your order and you can place a new one for something else.

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method on the order and while we typically refund items on the day they arrive back with us, sometimes banks or PayPal are slow so please allow up to 7 days for a refund to show on your account.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
