What makes this a second?
The knife is brand new and unused but there is a forging blemish in the middle of the steel on one side of the blade. It won't impact on the performance of the knife and the edge and rest of the blade is in new condition.
Kurosaki san is happy for this knife to leave his workshop and apart from the pitting on the side, it has passed all his other quality checks so represents a great chance to own this colossal gyuto at a much reduced price.
Please note: Knives advertised and purchased as seconds or with defects are not eligable for exchanges. You are however still welcome to return it unused for a refund under our standard 30 day money back policy.
For those who just love colossal knives, this is absolutely the one for you. Massive in every respect and when you're reaching for something to tame the larger jobs in the kitchen this knife is going to power through absolutely anything.
Beautifully designed with hammer stripes to evoke the wind created by Fūjin, every one is unique and a sight to behold.
