Jikko Knives - R2

We love the simple but beautiful blade and the amazing fit and finish. Powdered steel clad in stainless makes the knives a breeze to care for.

These are great looking knives, they have a beautiful mirror finish and the fit and finish is something you can tell Jikko have really thought about. The choil is beautifully rounded to a degree we've never seen before and the spine has been rounded too. The handle is octagonal ho wood with a buffalo horn ferrule and the HRC is 62.
