We want you to be overjoyed with your purchase and appreciate that it's not always easy choosing something online no matter how much effort we put into our personal product reviews, photos and video content.

Sometimes you can only truly know if it's for you once you have it in your hand and this is absolutely fine. If you're not absolutely delighted - then we're not either!

You can be confident shopping with us knowing you have a full 30 days to return any purchase for a refund subject to the terms below.

All returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels still attached and any presentation box, blade guard and contents are in a new condition too.

As a simple rule of thumb, if we can't restock and sell the returned item as new, we can't give you a refund.

There are some exclusions to our 30 day returns policy, which are detailed below (unless faulty or not as described):

• Products received over 30 days ago
• Products that have been opened or unsealed - this means items sealed in plastic wrapping for example. Knives or accessories in boxes that can be opened without damage are fine
• Products returned in an unsatisfactory condition, including damage caused by the courier or due to insufficient return packaging.

Returned items will be fully inspected to ensure they meet the criteria set out in our returns and refund policy. If you return items which are outside our Returns and Refund policy we will be unable to process a full refund and will contact you in such circumstances.

We do not offer exchanges or store credit for returned items, as long it meets the critera above we will simply refund your order and you can place a new one for something else.

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method on the order and while we typically refund items on the day they arrive back with us, sometimes banks or PayPal are slower than we are so please allow up to 7 days for a refund to show on your account.

Christmas and gift returns

If you're buying a Christmas gift for someone, the money back policy remains the same but we appreciate you may buy in advance so any items purchased in December as a gift can be returned before the end of January as long as they are still unused.

Because returns of gifts would require a refund, we do ask that any returns are requested by the original purchaser as the refunded money can only be returned to the original payment method on the order.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you believe the item you have received has a manufacturing fault or has been damaged in transit, please contact us first.

EU Right of withdrawal

Under EU Directive 2023/2673, you are able at any time within 14 days of placing your order to request a cancellation of the order contract. This can be requested directly on our EU Withdrawal request page

You will receive a time stamped confirmation of your request and if your order has not yet been dispatched, it will be fully refunded and cancelled. If your order has been dispatched, and received you will be required to return it at your expense or if it is cancelled during transit you will be refunded minus the costs of return for which a receipt can be provided.

Any cancellation of a returned item must meet our terms above for returning products unused and in the same condition as dispatched.
