Postage and Returns

Every mainland UK order over £50 gets FREE fully trackable next day delivery via DPD Local. Orders under £50 are charged a small postage fee and sent with Royal Mail.

UK Orders

We process and ship all orders on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays.

If you placed your order before 13:00 on any of those days we try our hardest to get them dispatched same day for you. If you're in mainland UK we send DPD Local. Typically they deliver next working day (except some parts of Scotland) but please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.

You will receive an email confirmation from us that we've received your order with your order reference number and items and when your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email (and an SMS if you entered a UK mobile number during checkout) from the courier with your tracking reference and an estimated delivery date along with the option to reschedule your delivery at your convenience if required.

Orders under £50 posted with Royal Mail are sent standard post and are not tracked.

EU and International orders

Please refer to our EU shipping page here for further information on orders sent to the EU now the UK has left the European Union.

International orders take a little longer and we typically aim to have those arrive with you within 5-7 days depending on location. Most orders are sent Royal Mail and have tracking and require a signature on delivery although some destinations may ship with a more cost effective service but we will always send with a tracking reference on orders over £50.

Returns and refused deliveries

If you are returning the knife as part of our 30 day money back option simply because you're not happy with the item you've bought, we ask that you cover the cost of postage and that you keep a proof of postage receipt as any returns are the responsibilty of the sender until they reach us. 

If you are returning a faulty item, we will happily cover the cost of postage in any refund. 

IMPORTANT - If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address or refused delivery due to customs fees, we will charge you to re-send the package so please take care when entering your shipping address at checkout or deduct the cost of shipping from any of your order refund.
