Designed to smooth and clean your cutting board, the scraper has a rough and smooth side. Use the rough side to clean and the smooth side to finish.
Ensure this scraper is hand washed after each use with some warm soapy water to remove residue. It can also be used on other resin or wood products, please be aware this is an abrasive pad.
