Under EU Directive 2023/2673, you are able at any time within 14 days of placing your order to request a cancellation of the order contract. This can be requested directly below.

You will receive a time stamped confirmation of your request and if your order has not yet been dispatched, it will be fully refunded and cancelled. If your order has been dispatched, and received you will be required to return it at your expense or if it is cancelled during transit you will be refunded minus the costs of return for which a receipt can be provided.

Any cancellation of a returned item must meet our terms and conditions for returning products unused and in the same condition as dispatched.
