Postage and Returns
We always aim to post your order the same business day providing you order before 1pm but this is not always possible. If you're in the UK we send DPD Local, please allow 5 working days for delivery.
You will receive an email confirmation from us that we've received your order and a second one confirming when we've processed your order.
You will then receive an email (and an SMS if you entered a UK mobile number during checkout) from the courier with your tracking reference and an estimated delivery date along with the option to reschedule your delivery at your convenience.
International orders take a little longer and we typically aim to have those arrive with you within 5-7 days depending on location.
Any customs charges will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Please note we do not send all countries, please ask if your country isn't showing on the checkout page - it may be possible to ship to your country but please be aware that shipping costs can vary significantly although we would happy to provide a cost before you order.
If you are returning the knife as part of our 30 day money back option simply because you're not happy with the item you've bought, we ask that you cover the cost of postage and that you keep a proof of postage receipt.
If you are returning a faulty item, we will happily cover the cost of postage in any refund.
