Hatsukokoro's scissors are forged using AUS6 steel in two parts that can be taken apart for easy cleaning and maintenance.
They're very sharp and the AUS6 steel offers good edge retention with a great deal of cutting power and are comfortable in use for a wide range of jobs and suitable for both left and right handed use.
