Hatsukokoro Blue #2 Kurouchi Petty 80mm

This Blue #2 petty from Hatsukokoro is a perhaps more utility knife than traditional petty, much like the versatile Hakata from this range this knife is capable of smaller peeling jobs and intricate work but has been made to be thick enough for intricate boning work on small proteins so shares a little crossover with a very short honesuki too.

Certainly an interesting shape and heavyweight construction but one we feel a lot of chefs might be missing in their rolls!

ℹ️ This knife has been coated with a food-safe protective lacquer on the blade for transport and storage. It is recommended you remove it before use.
