An elegant mid sized all rounder from Kato-san with a distinctive "V" hammer finish. This gyuto boasts a superb flat grind and thin edge and the narrow k-tip shape is ideal for more intricate work.

Paired with a rosewood handle this is a classy knife all round from one of Takefu Knife Village's best blacksmiths.

Yoshimi Kato San is the son-in-law of Hiroshi Kato San and is a highly skilled and renowned blacksmith working at the Takefu knife village where he creates his own ranges of knives as well as knives for other brands such as Masakage.
