A dual sided stone to help you get the most from your sharpening - the 1000 side is used to do the bulk of the sharpening while the smoother 6000 grit is for finishing and includes an angle guide to help ensure you always hit the right angle for sharpening your knives.
This stone set includes a bamboo stand with a silicon base to hold it in place while you work.
Stone dimensions: Approximately 18 x 6 x 3cm
Use & Care
The 1000 grit side can be soaked in water but we recommend only splashing water on the 6000 grit side instead of soaking to avoid potentially splitting or breaking. We recommend pairing this stone with a leather strop with which to finish your sharpening process.

Using the angle guide
Simply place the guide on the spine of your knife and the white ceramic parts glide over your whetstone as you sharpen without causing any damage to your knife or stone. This guide is not suitable for single bevel knives.

We process and dispatch all orders on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays and do not ship on Tuesday or Thursday.
Orders placed on Tuesday and Thursday will be processed and shipped the following day and orders after 11:00am on Friday will ship the following Monday. The delivery service does not include evening or weekend delivery.
