Rust Eraser
A very handly little item to add to your care kit if you own carbon steel knives, the abrasive surface is used to remove any rust spots that can develop on reactive steels.
Available in medium and rough levels of abrasiveness. Please be careful when using, it is an abrasive so is capable of removing a kurouchi finish if you scrub too hard. After use, we recommend applying a protective coating of camellia oil to your blade.
It can also be used on any household items that develop rust such as taps and pans too.
