Made by Toru Tamura and sharpened by Myojin Naohito this sensational kasumi finished santoku boasts an edge that is one of the best around and everything about the knife from that kasumi finish to the attention to detail on the rounded heel and spine are of the highest standard. 

This batch of santoku have been fitted with a classy ebony and white buffalo octagonal wa handle.

Please note: This knife is sold with a protective lacquer applied to the blade that we recommend removing before using to prepare food. How to remove lacquer from a Japanese knife.
