A traditional magnolia wood saya and pin is a great way to protect your gyuto knife when not in use.
The magnolia wood helps stop any moisture build up and is natually antibacterial.
Size Guide
180mm Saya - Suitable for knives from approximately 165-180mm in length and a maximum height of 44mm and width of 3.5mm.
210mm Saya- Narrow fit - Suitable for most knives up to 2.8mm wide above the heel and up to 47mm tall. Max length 210mm
210mm Saya - Wide fit - Suitable for most knives up to 4mm wide above the heel and up to 47mm tall. Max length 210mm
240mm Saya - Suitable for knives approximately 240mm in length and a maximum height of 50mm and width of 3mm.
270mm Saya - Suitable for knives approximately 270mm in length and a maximum height of 58mm and width of 3.8mm.
Please note that not all knives fit into the sayas, where possible we've added compatability notes on each knife regarding fit and relevant saya but if you want to double check before purchase please contact us.
