An extremely limited and impressive gyuto made for Nakamura Hamono early in 2024, this is a set of 3 knives (sold individually) featuring Kisuke-san's distinctive kurouchi and tsuchime finished and fitted with full tang yo handles either in real turquoise or quince.

Very tall, very heavy and outstandingly sharp, these stainless clad white #2 core knives  would be a feature in any collection.

Please note that because each knife is a distinctive finish, we have listed them individually to allow you to choose the one you would like and the knife shown in the photos is the one available.

Each knife is sold with a magnolia saya included and the dimensions for each individual knife are listed below.

Turquoise 1 (Top) 246mm edge length | 55mm height at heel | 358g
Turquoise 2 (Middle) 253mm edge length | 57mm height at heel | 376g
Quince (Bottom) 255mm edge length | 57mm height at heel | 306g
