Simple, classy and made from a single piece of ebony, it's an ideal contrast for blades that have a more prominent visual finish pattern or design as well as one for those who just like a very subtle and understated handle.
The handle tapers from the slightly wider heel to the narrower bolster.

SMALL: Best for santoku/nakiri/bunka size knives around 165-180mm. Length is 128mm
MEDIUM: Primarily designed for 210mm gyuto size knives but is also compatable with shorter knives like santoku, bunka nakiri or similar 165-210mm size blades - Length: 133mm | Weight: 60g
LARGE: Designed for gyuto and other larger chef knives with blade 240mm and longer - Length: 138mm | Weight: 72g

We process and dispatch all orders on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays and do not ship on Tuesday or Thursday.
Orders placed on Tuesday and Thursday will be processed and shipped the following day and orders after 11:00am on Friday will ship the following Monday. The delivery service does not include evening or weekend delivery.

We are based in the UK and ship to customers worldwide.
Shipping import and customs can vary significantly from country to country so please be aware of the various customs terms before completing your order for delivery outside the UK.
