Nigara Hamono Rainbow Damascus Gyuto 240mm with custom ambonya handle
An utterly spectacular gyuto from Nigara Hamono's famous Blue #2 Rainbow Damascus line, this is a work of art made to the highest standards and paired with a one-off custom made ambonya and horn handle made specifically for this knife by @letshandlethis.
This knife is a collectors dream and it's not often we see stock of this line.
Please note that this is a new version of the knife and that Nigara Hamono no longer put their name or logo on the blade itself on their higher end knives as they now prefer the pattern of these knives to be completely uninterrupted by any markings.
