These are high performing knives with a laser thin convex grind and light weight, they simply fall through food.

Without doubt these are beautiful knives, Saihyo translates to "diamond dust" and these certainly sparkle. The polished suminagashi damascus finish definitely draws the eye and if you're after a knife with a visual wow factor then this is one to check out.
