We are an online only shop so you are welcome to browse and place your order any time over the holiday period. During the following closed dates, we will not be processing or shipping orders.
❌ 30th, 31st December 2024
❌ 1st, 2nd, 3rd January 2025
✅ 6th January 2025 onwards - Return to normal shipping dates
All orders placed that could be shipped before our return have already been dispatched so the next shipping date is 6th Jan. When your order is ready to ship you will receive an email or SMS with the dispatch confirmation and tracking link.
Customer service messages and enquiries
All messages and email will definitely be replied to when we're back in on Monday 6th January 2025.
We will try to monitor messages and email during our closed dates above and if possible we will respond to your message before our return but please be patient while we are away if you don't get an immediate reply.
