The Kiridashi is traditionally used as a small hobby and crafting knife, usually for working with bamboo, wood and leather but it's equally suited to a wide range of intricate tasks thanks to its simple design and single bevel finish.

The kiridshi is available in either left or right handed versions and in a range of sizes and the simplistic design and functional minimalism is a fantastic display of making a tool as efficient as possible.

These knives are made from Aogami #2 Blue paper carbon steel and each is sharpened by hand.
