This stunning gyuto has been made for us by Knot Handcrafted and is stunning 67 layer damascus construction with a classic flat grind that falls through food and plenty of height for those who prefer a little extra clearance on their knife.

Fitted with a rounded octagonal wenge handle trimmed with imitation ivory this is a fantastic all rounder with great looks and performance to match.

UK based blacksmith Michael Lewy of Knot Handcrafted is a former chef turned knife maker and unquestionably has a great eye for design and working with various materials and finishes to create his often distinctively sweeping shaped knives which are all individually made by hand in his Birmingham workshop.
