About this range

First Impressions

Outstanding levels of finishing, very thin behind the edge and with a very slight hollow grind the Tetsujin Saku range offers exceptional cutting performance along with a very high standard of fit and finish.

Beauty

Both the hazy kasumi and more polished ukiba finishes on the cladding steel are understated and running down to the silver 3 core they create a unique cladding line with the contrast of the polished core steel.

In Hand

Tetsujin knives are finished to a high standard and well balanced and the finishing touches along the spine and around the heel add to the overall comfort and feel of quality in hand.

Durability

Ginsan Silver 3 stainless steel is easy to sharpen and retains an edge well so it's a great choice for a long lasting knife.

Ease of Care

With many of the properties of carbon steel but with the convenience of stainless ginsan is easy to look after and care for so just follow the standard care tips and you're good to go!

For longer term care, we recommend our Japanese Knife Care Kit bundle.
