Yoshida Hamono

A family company with a very long tradition of handmade tools and ancient Japanese swords with experience in forging from ZDP-189 in the traditional way.

They have a small workshop in the Japanese city of Seki. It is known for the hand-made metal products from proven rust-resistant materials such as vg10 gold, Ginsan, Swedish steel. A typical Yoshidine knife has a nice damask pattern, and an uneven top of the blade, full of minor recesses, which are the remainder of the manual forging.
