Mori-bashi are Japanese kitchen chopsticks used in Japanese cuisine and used in the preparation of food and moving it to your plates and are not designed for eating.
These chopsticks allow handling of hot food with one hand, and are used like regular chopsticks. They vary in length and may be looped together with a string or an elastic band at the top for ease of use.
They are made from bamboo with buffalo horn bolster and stainless steel. Please note that the colouring of the bolster can vary.
The length each version refers to the steel part of the chopstick, the handles on all sizes are approximately 140-145mm long.
