First Impressions

Utterly stunning and made in very limited numbers, it's subtle, intricate and paired with a preimum karin wood handle the knife is out of this world. With an edge and profile that will simply fall through food.

Primarily known for his excellent work on the knives from Konosuke, Nihei san is an outstanding blacksmith who has trained in Sanjo at Yoshikane Hamono and this is a true work of art from his hands.

Unquestionably a collectors piece, this is a premium knife made with the highest levels of skill and attention to detail from the exceptional edge, the damascus finish and stunning karin wood handle that you would expect from Nihei san and is certainly piece for the connoisseur.
