OUL Sakai
OUL Sakai are a brand founded in the 1980's and based in Sakai, one of Japan's biggest knife making locations and who work with a range of blacksmiths, workshops and factories to provide a selection of knives in different steels and with a focus on very competitive price points across their products.
It is written in kanji as "翁流." "翁" represents skilled artisans of advanced age, and "流" signifies their technique or style.
