Knives available as just the blade so you can either fit your own handle or if you prefer, you can select one from our growing range of Japanese knife handles and we can fit it for you.
If you're not sure about compatable handle sizes, don't hesitate to contact us and if you would like us to fit your handle before shipping, you must order both blade and handle and email us with your order number to confirm you would like it fitting before dispatch.
