Mori-bashi are Japanese kitchen chopsticks used in Japanese cuisine and used in the preparation of food and moving it to your plates and are not designed for eating.
These chopsticks allow handling of hot food with one hand, and are used like regular chopsticks. They vary in length and may be looped together with a string or an elastic band at the top for ease of use.
Fitted with a well finished ebony handle and beautifully crafted ebony holder and traditional wrap to keep everything safe and clean.
