Knot Handcrafted Super Blue Tall Gyuto 230mm
One for the height lovers, this tall gyuto has been made for us by Knot Handcrafted to give additional clearance and high performance thanks to the flat grind and Aogami Super Blue core this is another quality knife from Knot Handcrafted.
As with all Knot Handcrafted knives, the finish is beautiful and this gyuto has a subtle horizontal hairline finish running the length of the blade down to the dark etched core steel for contrast.
Fitted with a rounded octagonal walnut handle this is a fantastic all rounder for those seeking a bit more height over a traditional gyuto.
