Teaching food skills and cooking at any age is a valuable life skill and we all know sharp knives are safer than dull ones - they're more predictable, cut where intended rather than slipping and crushing food and so these are sharp mini chef knives but with some great safety features.
The handle is a rubberised, slip resistant latex in fun colours and the tip and heel of the blade are rounded with a finger notch to make it safer in general use while the 120mm long stainless steel cutting edge remains sharp and well finished.
