One of the most spectacular right handed kiritsuke yanagiba we've seen from Nigara Hamono's flagship Anmon series, the depth and quality of finish are almost unparalled and it's an honour to be able to stock this piece. Truly a collectors piece of the highest quality.
Please note that the product photos, video and measurements shown are for this exact knife as the finish patterns vary significantly across the Anmon lines so this knife is listed individually. This particular knife is fitted with an ebony and black buffalo horn handle with triple nickel spacer.
Note: This knife is available at a discounted rate as it arrived with us with a small amount of light rusting along the cladding line which we assume happened in storage/transit from Japan and that we have had professionally repaired by Sheffield Sharpening Shed.
All product photos show the knife post-repair and in its exact condition which we would effectively rate as good as new and the knife is completely unused and in its original box.
