A traditional protective oil for Japanese blades to prevent rust and corrosion.
If you have a carbon steel blade then this is a nice addition to help keep them in tip-top condition. Simply spray a drop or two over the blade and carefully rub on the surface with a paper towel before storing or after cleaning.
It will give it a nice protective film and a little bit of a shine too. Camellia oil is tasteless and odourless and won't taint your food in any way.

Ingredients: Non-toxic, non-allergenic, tasteless and odourless. Liquid parafin, natural camellia oil, colouring (Yellow#204). DO NOT use for cooking.
