Tsunehisa SRS13 Petty 80mm Purchase options

A delightful small petty finished very nicely with a polished cladding that shows off the core and a nice big belly to help you rock through small herbs and handle any in-hand jobs with ease.

SRS13 is a high performance powdered stainless steel that combines the durability and edge retention properties of carbon steels but with the convenience of being a stainless steel so right out of the box the knife has a great edge and retains it well and performs at an excellent level.

It's a great looking range. If you're looking for a classic polished migaki finish and particular attention to detail and rounding of the heel edge makes for a stunning and elegant knife.

That rounding of the heel edge really does make the knife very comfortable in the hand and it's a joy to use.

The SRS13 is a great steel as already mentioned above and for durability you get a hardness around 64HRC which means you get that sharp edge and a high level of durabilty.

Ease of care

A stainless core steel and cladding mean this is a great low maintenance knife with a very high level of performance so beyond the normal care instructions it's perfect for someone who doesn't want to worry about anything other than the food prep in front of them!

Value for money

This is a great range combining a really great design aesthetic and finish standard with a high quality, easy to maintain steel that holds a wicked edge. What's not to love?
