Christmas and New Year Shipping

We are an online only shop so you are welcome to browse and place your order any time over the holiday period. 

Our Christmas shipping dates are based on the official dates provided by couriers but we strongly advise you order as soon as possible to allow for any potential delay or problems with shipping during the busy period that may be beyond our control.

Christmas & New Year Shipping

UK Orders sent with EVRi 

EVRi deliveries do not take place on new year's eve or new year's day but for other holiday period dates they will be delivering to their published schedule.

UK Orders sent with DPD 

We will dispatch orders placed before midday on the 29th December with DPD on the 29th of December and then our normal Mon/Wed/Fri shipping schedule will resume with orders on the 5th Jan. Deliveries dates between Christmas and over New Year are made according to DPD's published delivery schedule here.

Please be aware that all orders sent with DPD require a signature whether they contain a knife or not and so cannot be left unattended or in a safe place.

Christmas and New Year shippping dates

All Christmas orders have been shipped and our remaining opening and shipping dates are as follows:

❌ 24^th December 2025
✅ 29^th December 2025
❌ 30^th and 31^st December 2025 and 2^nd Jan 2026
✅ Monday 5^th January 2026 onwards - Return to normal shipping dates

When your order is ready to ship you will receive an email or SMS with the dispatch confirmation and a tracking link.

All orders placed during the holiday period are still subject to our normal postage terms policy and covered by our extended 30 day money back guarantee.

We will reply to all email and messages during the published dates above and all messages and email will definitely be replied to when we're back in on Monday 5^th January 2026.

We will try to monitor messages and email during our closed dates above and if possible we will respond to your message before our return but please be patient while we are away if you don't get an immediate reply.
