Christmas and New Year Shipping

We are an online only shop so you are welcome to browse and place your order any time over the holiday period. 

Our Christmas shipping dates are based on the official dates provided by couriers but we strongly advise you order as soon as possible to allow for any potential delay or problems with shipping during the busy period that may be beyond our control.

Last shipping dates before Christmas

UK Orders sent with EVRi 

The last posting date given by EVRi for Christmas is Friday 19th December but our official cut off for EVRi pre-Christmas delivery is Monday 15^th December. You are welcome to select DPD as a delivery option for small orders during checkout for last minute purchases.

UK Orders sent with DPD 

The last posting date is Monday 22^nd December (with some postcode exclusions). We will also dispatch orders on Tuesday 23^rd but these will not be delivered before Christmas.

Please be aware that all orders sent with DPD require a signature whether they contain a knife or not and so cannot be left unattended or in a safe place.

International Shipments

We will continue to ship international orders up to and including Tuesday 23^rd December but due to the speed of customs clearance in different countries being beyond our control we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas.

Christmas and New Year shippping dates

In the final week before Christmas we will be shipping every day but we are then closing the office for a short holiday during the festive period so our shipping and customer service dates will be as follows:

✅ 15^th, 16^th, 17^th, 18^th and 19^th December 2025
✅ 22^nd and 23^rd December 2025
❌ 24^th December 2025
✅ 29^th December 2025
❌ 30^th and 31^st December 2025 and 2^nd Jan 2026
✅ Monday 5^th January 2026 onwards - Return to normal shipping dates

When your order is ready to ship you will receive an email or SMS with the dispatch confirmation and a tracking link.

All orders placed during the holiday period are still subject to our normal postage terms policy and covered by our extended 30 day money back guarantee. 

Customer service messages and enquiries

We will reply to all email and messages during the published dates above and all messages and email will definitely be replied to when we're back in on Monday 5^th January 2026.

We will try to monitor messages and email during our closed dates above and if possible we will respond to your message before our return but please be patient while we are away if you don't get an immediate reply.
