A great mid sized petty in one of our favourite ranges from Kurosaki san. Uniquely patterned and finished, the R2/SG2 steel core clad in stainless steel looks out of this world and the edge retention is exceptional.
This knife is the full tang version and fitted with a beautiful maple wood handle.

This knife is made from a stain resistant steel and so is a great choice for ease of care and it won't react with your ingredients like a carbon steel knife.
