First Impressions

You only need to look at the profile of the knife to see it's exceptionally sharp right out of the box and just a few cuts will have you looking for more food to prep! 

Beauty

The tsuchime finish is qiute subtle but still eye catching and tapers off into a well polished edge and is paired with a classy full tang black pakka wood handle.

In Hand

The Western handle shape is just right, light and nimble in hand it's very comfortable and the fit and finish around the integrated bolster are of a high standard.

Durability

Takamura knives are highly regarded for their edge retention and the laser grind and the VG10 version of this knife will provide a good balance between care and durability.
