Konosuke handles
Konosuke's handles are like their knives, understated works of art finished to an excellent standard.
A tall octagonal handle with no taper and typically longer than most Japanese wa handles which allows for the lightweight construction and balances out a blade superbly.
The edges and ends of the handles are smooth and the heel is finished with Konosuke's mark branded into them on the medium size but please note that the logo is NOT present on the X-Small size handles.
Sizes
X-Small: Designed for petty or other small knives up to around 150mm.
Length is 128mm / Weight: Chestnut 18g | Laurel 27g | Ebony 34g
Medium: Designed for mid sized knives such as santoku, nakiri, gyuto typically up to 210mm although this size is also fitted to Konosuke's 240mm gyuto knives too.
Length is 143mm / Weight: Chestnut 20g | Laurel 37g | Ebony 46g

All orders shipped UK and Worldwide are sent fully tracked and insured as standard and we dispatch on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
UK Shipping
- Free DPD Shipping on all orders over £100
- Orders under £100 are charged a small fee and different delivery speeds and services are available to select at checkout
If your order contains a blade, no matter what the price it will be dispatched with DPD and ID will be required on delivery.
Worldwide
- Flat rate - £25 on orders under £350
- Free Shipping on all orders over £350
Some international exclusions apply and all orders sent outside UK are dispatched DDU (Duties Unpaid) and payment of local tax and import duty is the responsibility of the customer.
