Octagonal single piece Bubinga handle
A simple and classy single piece of octagonal shaped bubinga wood provides a subtle visual offset to a wide range of blade styles and is especially well suited to blades with more promient visual finishes.

X-SMALL: Best for petty or other small knives up to around 150mm. Length is 115mm / Weight: 27g
SMALL: Best for santoku, nakiri, bunka or shorter gyuto around the 165-200mm length. Length: 130mm / Weight: 50g
MEDIUM: Best for mid sized knives typically around 210mm although for some bigger/taller 240mm knives you might want to consider a large handle. Length is 133mm
LARGE: Ideal for bigger knives of 240mm or longer but also those who simply prefer a bigger handle. Length is 138mm / Weight: 57g
SLICER: A long but relatively thin handle designed primarily for yanagiba and sujihiki to balance out the long blade but remain lighter in weight. Length is 145mm / 50g
