A great partnership between Hatsukokoro and Yauji Yoshihiro - the Ginyo strikes you immediately on a couple of fronts, the tsuchime and damascus finish is subtle at first but has real depth when you look closer and the second - there's a definite feel of weight to these knives as soon as you pick them up a thin grind but impressive workhorse is waiting to be unleashed.
