The Ko-Bunka is a compact version of the traditional Bunka knife, blending the versatility of a utility knife with the precision of Japanese craftsmanship.

Originating as a smaller, all-purpose kitchen blade, the Ko-Bunka retains the Bunka’s signature reverse tanto tip and angular profile, which provides excellent control for fine slicing, dicing, and prep work in tight spaces. Typically ranging from 120mm to 150mm, it’s ideal for smaller hands or delicate tasks.
